1.Dry box shall be placed vertically with ground, the lean shall not exceed 5 degree angle.

2.Dry box shall be placed placidly, shall not sway.

3.The electrical wire shall be fixed tightly with power output and bolt. Otherwise it may loose, and lead to heating up, damages the cable or causes the dry box unstable.

4.When connecting the power input, double colored yellow and green wire is ground wire, make sure connection is correct.

lUsed voltage shall not be 10% at most lower than the rated voltage

1.Connect with power, power indicator(10) is on, firstly push the automatic control button(7) or manual control button(6), and adjust the temperature control unit(9) to the temperature needed, and then push the motor fan button(8), the operation indicator(11) is on. The operation indicator is off in about 25 minutes, it shows the dry box has reached the needed temperature. And now the equipment can be placed into it and do the drying.  

2.Dry box is equipped with protection unit of circuit breaker. When the temperature is over 290℃, the circuit breaker is on and cut down the power supply. If leakage of circuit happens, it will also cut down the power supply. Under the above situation, we shall repeat the process of pushing the manual control button(6) or the automatic control button(7), and then push the motor fan button(8) to restart the power supply.

3.If the dry box is not in use for a long time, we shall clean it up, lubricate with cooking oil to prevent rusting, and keep it in a good condition.

4.The dry box shall be kept at a draughty place, to avoid the electric devices damaging because of dampness.

5.When doing the maintenance, please do not use water to rinse or very wet things to wipe it. This is to avoid electric devices leakage that causes fault and damages.

1.Do not take off the cover of electric devices and radiator window at both sides. When taking them off because of reparation, please install them well after the reparation to avoid getting electric shock.

2.When the dry box is operating, do not touch the heater and parts in the machine.

3.When taking the equipment our of the dry box, heat insulation tools shall be applied to avoid scald.

4.please try not to use temperature over 290℃ when operating. This is to avoid the circuit breaker to cut down the power supply because of the high temperature. Othwise it may cause a busy work and low efficiency rate.
